A Full Circle

My romance novel, titled Heartfelt,  was published on April 22, 2016 by The Wild Rose Press. I really enjoyed writing Heartfelt, a novel about a woman and a man who find each other when neither of them is ready for love. I hope my readers will enjoy it as well!
Author and artist, Carol Owen joined Jackie Helvey and Valarie Schwartz for the Wacqueline Stern Show on WCOM 103.5 FM. - 6-17-16

When I was a child I thought I would become a writer.
Art and writing were my two strong interests.
I followed the art path until writing came back.
My paintings reflect time spent in quiet reflection and a sense  of belonging.
My Spirit Houses are shrines to family memories. They make sacred those shards of the past that have made us who we are.
My altered books hold pages filled with collage,  magical pop-ups and hidden places to delight the story teller in each
of us.

It's interesting how life came full circle.
Sassafras Summer,
When your life is a train wreck, how do you trust yourself enough to
fall in love.
